Terms

  • Charges are per visit per day.

  • Non-refundable deposit to be paid upon confirmation of booking. If less than 24 hours notice given for cancellation, full balance will be payable. If less than 48 hours notice given for cancellation, half balance will be payable.

  • All food/bedding, etc., to be provided by owner. If necessary, a 'float' to be provided for further fresh foodstuffs. If Holiday Help 4 Petz has to obtain further supplies, full reimbursement is required upon return.
  • Should it be necessary to take a pet to the vets whilst owner is away, full settlement will be required upon return. If extra visits are required following vets consultation, these will be charged accordingly.
  • Whilst every care will be taken regarding security, Holiday Help 4 Petz will not be liable for any forced entry to owner's premises whilst they are away.

    Holiday Help 4 Petz is fully insured and police checked. However, no responsibility can be taken for any pet which dies naturally whilst in the care of Holiday Help 4 Petz. If a pet should seem ill, contact will be made with owner regarding the best course of action, or taken immediately to the vets.
